Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available to postcodes EH1 - EH38 and costs £5. If you live further afield and would like to order, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do! We unfortunately can't guarantee a delivery time slot but delivery will be between 9am and 5pm.

Please ensure you provide a full delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for wrongly delivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.To ensure your order reaches the recipient safely we recommend checking they will be in on the selected delivery day. If the recipient is not in at the time of delivery we will leave the item/s in a safe place or with a neighbour and post a note through the recipient's door to inform them of the location of their delivery. If you can provide a contact phone number for the recipient, please do. We will only use it if we absolutely must in order to complete the delivery.

We also now offer the option to collect your flowers directly from us at the field. You will find details and times for this on each product page, as they may change from week to week.
